Samsung said that several executives from the company’s major subsidiaries met with OpenAI co-founder and CEO Sam Altman on Saturday to discuss future strategies for AI transformation. The person in charge of Samsung revealed that the exchange was held at a Samsung human resources center located in Longin City, south of Seoul. This is part of a series of leadership workshops held by Samsung to drive the company’s AI transformation. The meeting focused on the future development direction of AI technology, potential application scenarios, and business opportunities brought by related fields. According to Samsung, the two sides specifically discussed how AI will reshape the decision-making and operating model of enterprises, and what core capabilities business leaders need to have in a rapidly changing business environment.
