Samsung Electronics plans to acquire a 10.16% stake in TCL CSOT from Samsung Display in a deal worth over $950 million.

Samsung Electronics disclosed in a regulatory filing on October 30 that it will acquire a 10.16% stake in TCL CSOT from Samsung Display for nearly 1.27 trillion won (approximately US$950 million).
