Tech media personality Tim Culpan broke the news that TSMC is exploring a partnership with Elon Musk’s Terafab fab. Terafab has previously partnered with Intel; there have recently been rumors that TSMC is considering setting up a second campus in the United States, and Terafab’s state of Texas is the most likely location.
